About the Course
This course introduces you to what business analysis is and how the analysis work adds values to organizations. Introduction to the business analysis role is covered along with the key competencies of the position in companies today. And with this foundational knowledge, the course then takes you through the key concepts required for the ECBA™ examination. This course provides 21 professional development hours required for the certification and in maintaining your current credentials,
Who Should Attend This Course
This course is geared at those starting their business analysis careers, regardless how many years they may have already been working in professional roles as no prior experience is required to attend the course as well as needed for ECBA™ eligibility. Managers of business analysts and project-based teams or those responsible for hiring and growing the business analysis capabilities in an organization are also encouraged to attend to walk away with business analysis competencies that can be measured and assessed in their respective organizations.
What to Expect
This course will give you a hands-on introduction to business analysis work and defining the business analyst role. Attendees will also find the topics immediately applicable in their own business analysis work and teams and will be encouraged to share current challenges or questions on how the concepts apply in their respective organizations. The process for applying for the ECBA™ and how to approach studying will also be covered so that attendees can begin to apply and study for the examination before the course is even complete!
